Today's topic: * ArtWorks 2.4 released at the Wakefield Show
ArtWorks 2.4 has been officially released at last week-end's Wakefield
Show and is now available for purchase.
With more than 40 improvements made since the previous version, the new
version 2.4 of ArtWorks is yet another major step forward. ArtWorks 2.4
offers an exciting range of new features, including:
- major bitmap export improvements:
- export of sprite/TIFF bitmaps larger than available RAM
- export in JPEG and PNG formats
- CMYK sprite/TIFF export
- bitmap export of individual colour separations
- more comfortable user interface with new options
- rainbow blends
- text background blending
- full support for CMYK sprites
In addition, several areas of ArtWorks have been enhanced significantly,
most notably the quality of sprite printing has been improved and colour
separation for JPEGs has been added. Finally, a large number of bugs has
been fixed.
