Desktop Repton PLUS

Posted by Jeffrey Lee on 18:31, 28/11/2004 | ,

Alligata software have announced that on the 1st December they will be releasing Desktop Repton PLUS, the much anticipated update to Dekstop Repton. This version contains Desktop Repton 1 thru 3, now with the updated graphics and levels as seen in the PC version. It also includes 60 never-before seen, RISC OS-exclusive screens, so if you're a Repton fan this collection certainly can't be missed.

The price is remaining the same as the original Desktop Repton, £19.95 inclusive, and upgrading from that version will cost a mere £6.

Unregistered user Alligata don't at present, but it will be up in the next three days at www.alligatasoftware.info; and mirrored at www.alligatagroup.co.uk/software.

Obviously, I've got to get the other work done first that might just make me some money - then the things I do for fun tend to come in. There will be review copies available for Acorn Arcade, Drobe, Archive, Qercus, Eureka and any foreign-language magazines I've forgotten about and we may experiment with some of the more unique methods of promotion.

I've got Repton badges, a couple of rulers, pens and we're in the process of commissioning another set of Repton mugs but for the new games. If you get your hands on the first run of new mugs, and keep it for twenty years, you could find them worth upto 0„520 each (just as the original ones are).

We're tempted to add further details...
- Desktop Repton PLUS upgrade - 0„56
- Desktop Repton PLUS full - 0„519.95
- Desktop Repton PLUS with Repton 1 & 2 for PC - 0„534.95
- Desktop Repton PLUS with Repton fun pack (badge & mug) - 0„534.95

If you can think of it, we can probably do it...
All you need do is ask - david.bradforth@alligatagroup.co.uk / tel: 07946 405555 - but remember what I said; this is my hobby time rather than work time so other work does take precedence.

Unregistered user The linked picture is the press release - it would have been a PDF if not for the fact my computer generated one of 2.5Mb... so a JPEG it was.
