Then why does Paul Vigay get a picture? Are you serious? Haven't you been around here long enough to detect a theme occurring?
The boring answer is that we have a stupid picture of Paul for just about every situation (in this case, beery celebration), and it's a long-running joke to inflict them on the TIB-reading public.
